PERLE VENEZIANE is the name of some independent apartments, scattered in Venice, unique town, full of interesting events, destination for all holidays and all year.
In 1987, our company "Immobiliare Sviluppo s.a.s" embarked on time-sharing business purchasing two small units close to La Fenice Theatre. With time, our unusual resort increased: now our apartments are still put on sale and managed by us.
We chose independent apartments to let our owners feel like Venice’s real residents, not simply tourists just for some hours.
Perle Veneziane’s apartments are furnished and supplied according to average families’ needs. Our apartments let you spend your holidays in privacy, living in this wonderful “in-open-museum” town! In 1994, after three years from our affiliation, for the first time our resort received RID recognition (confirmed following years) from RCI; we received some Hospitality recognitions too.
You can become Perle Veneziane’s co-owner purchasing at least one week by notarial deed. You could make use of purchased week forever. By low expenses time-sharing lets you have “home in Venice”.
Perle 16 – San Polo quarter
 Unit Perle 16 (5 sleeping people; first floor) is located very close to the famous Rialto Market, not far from Ca’ Pesaro Modern Art Museum, Textile and Costume Museum of Palazzo Mocenigo, San Giovanni Elemosinario Church. This apartment has small living room with one sofa-bed (2 single beds), kitchen with one single sofa-bed, one bedroom with double bed; bathroom has shower.

Perle 15 – San Polo quarter
 Unit Perle 15 (6 sleeping people; first floor) is located very close to the famous Rialto Market, not far from Ca’ Pesaro Modern Art Museum, Textile and Costume Museum of Palazzo Mocenigo, San Giovanni Elemosinario Church. This apartment has living room with kitchen and one double sofa-bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds (one is Murphy-bed), one bedroom with double bed; bathroom has shower.

Perle 13 – Santa Croce quarter
 Unit Perle 13 (4 sleeping people; ground floor) is very close to public transport dock, not far from Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, Natural History Museum, Ca’ Pesaro Modern Art Museum, Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari Church, San Rocco School. This apartment is a pretty studio and has small living room with kitchen, one sofa-bed (2 single beds), double murphy-bed; bathroom has shower.

Time-sharing is a formula lets you purchase an immovable property’s right of user during an exact period of the year for ever. Usually, this formula is used in tourist places: here purchasing a whole apartment, or an hotel stay, is rather expensive. So, Time-sharing lets you purchase “holiday’s amount” you need, during the period you prefer, in the apartment you choose according to your needs. Timeshared apartments are managed by a company which looks after cleaning service, changing linen, checking-in/out all units, making ordinary and extra repairs; to let all of this happen, owner pays management’s fees yearly. Time-sharing formula helps people who want to spend their holidays “at own home”, without locking up considerable sums of money to purchase an apartment they’ll use just some days yearly; besides, they could rely on someone who looks after their home all year by reasonable cost.
Property of Italian time-sharing is fixed by notarial deed; it follows that this property is formally registered in Registry of Deeds. This transaction involves an higher cost, but notarial deed warrants lawful property of your period. According to Italian law, the purchaser could rescind the contract within 10 days after have signed; besides the purchaser will have fidejussionary guarantee about building still in construction or in restoration.
Time-sharing lets make affiliation to international exchange system; co-owners put down in this system their period and then exchange it with a different one, located in a different resort, in any country in the world.
