Close to the medieval town of Viterbo with its historic town centre and famous thermal spa. Rome Fiumicino airport is just 98 km away. Tuscany and Umbria are both reached easily by car.
The area is very popular with tourists from northern Europe, it is full of historic sites to visit from Etruscans tombs to Roman amphitheatres, from medieval castles to renaissance churches. It is also conveniently placed for trips into Tuscany and Lazio and of course Florence and Rome.
The property is in a strategic position for visiting historical and cultural sites, being on the borders of Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria. Lake Bolsena and the thermal baths of Viterbo, San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni and Saturnia can be reached easily, the nearest in about 20 minutes, the furthest about one and a half hours.
