Ancient property dating back to the 16th-17th centuries with great architectural value and expertly preserved by the owners.
It consists of six buildings with different destinations: houses, former stable / barn, storage ... etc. arranged around a courtyard.
The manor house is in good condition even inside, where you find all the characteristic architectural elements, with particular reference to the superb 17th-century stone fireplace.
In the main building there is a pretty loggia with square columns with blunted edges and capitals.
There is also a dovecote tower.
Part of the buildings, while retaining the original structural elements, are not in good condition and require restructuring.
At the entrance of the town there is the oratory dedicated to St. Mark, dating back to 1730 and still belonging to the owners.
The complex is located in a historic village, in a beautiful panoramic location overlooking the Dolo river valley and from where you can wander, with your eyes, up to the Cusna mountain chain.
Located 1 km from the center of Toano in the province of Reggio Emilia, an hour from the high-speed Mediopadana station and about two hours from the airport of Bologna.
