В одном из углов террасы установлена умывальник и оборудована кухня на открытом воздухе, что позволяет использовать террасу в полной автономии. С большей части террасы, на которую можно выйти из главной спальни, телевизионной комнаты и кухни, открывается прекрасный вид на исторический Рим с огненными закатами и позволяет вдыхать нестареющую магию города.
СОСТОЯНИЕ И ОТДЕЛКА
В главных комнатах очень высокие потолки с типичными сводами из терракотового кирпича. Вместе с большими окнами, пропускающими естественный свет, эти объемы навевают мысли о том времени, когда здесь располагалась скульптурная мастерская. Комнаты были отреставрированы со сдержанной элегантностью, выбрав нейтральную и теплую палитру тонов, перекликающуюся с цветом фасадов исторических зданий Древнего Рима. Гармония между исторической архитектурой, датируемой несколькими эпохами, и трезвым современным стилем с необходимой мебелью, материальными интерьерами, характеризующимися восстановлением старины и линейной элегантностью, придает непрерывность комнатам, которые следуют друг за другом в игре различных объемов и высот. Дерево - один из основных материалов: паркетные полы, большой камин старинной работы и шкафы, сделанные на заказ. Ванные комнаты новые, с латунными кранами. Деревянные окна и радиаторы представляют собой старинные эмалированные чугунные элементы, собранные из чугуна и стоящие на отреставрированных ножках. Лестничные перила выполнены из кованого железа.
Благодаря тому, что при реставрации дома была выбрана одна из главных задач, удалось сохранить римскую душу дома и его аутентичную атмосферу, что позволяет тем, кто здесь живет, чувствовать себя в Риме. Палаццетто также характеризуется сдержанной классической элегантностью, но с эклектичными элементами, характерными для исторического расслоения. Дом предлагает идеальную стилистическую основу для индивидуализации с помощью произведений искусства, которые найдут свое место на полу благодаря высоте потолков и на широких стенах.
