The property is situated in Castellaneta Marina, a community by the sea in the municipality of Castellaneta. The centre has all the facilities and it is partially inhabitated also in winter.

The villa has an original architecture and it is situated in an area of the pine grove with centuries-old trees. It has a great exposure because it is situated in the highest point of the lot and it results higher than the street level and the other villas; furthermore it is 2 km far from the sea and you can easily reach a shopping area by feet.

Composition of the property

It is a detached villa composed of two independent apartment, situated on two different levels that go along with the slope of the land. One of the apartments, the biggest one, overlooks the access road and has a wide portion of the garden on the front, while it becomes a first floor on the back. The other apartment, a little smaller, overlooks the back garden that is embellished with citrus trees and a small plot of land where there is a natural pine grove.
