Conegliano is about 100km from Cortina and only 32 km from Pian del Cansiglio. Not far from Conegliano you find several Unesco World Heritage sites such as:
The Dolomites mountains, Venice and its lagoon, Vicenza and its Palladian villas,  Padua and its botanical garden, Aquileia with its Archaelogical Area, the city of Verona, and a lot more which are worth a visit like: Treviso, Trieste, Udine, Asolo,.... They can all be reached by train from Conegliano station.

Conegliano is a nice small city with 36000 inhabitants. 30% of its territory is devoted to the cultivation of vinards, so that the city counts about 400 between growers and wineries. Conegliano is also home to Italy's oldest and most prestigious wine school called "Scuola Enologica" which includes the course of aenology of the university of Padova. The nearest airport is Treviso 45 km far, and the next one Venice 53 km far.
The nearest beaches are: Jesolo (64 km), Caorle (72 km) Bibbione (83 km).
