"Villa I Preziosi" is a holiday house located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the Chianti area.
The property is located about 800 m from the centre of the village; from here you can easily reach Florence, Siena, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Volterra and many other tourist resorts and also sea areas.
"Villa I Preziosi" is part of a completely restored farmhouse with independent entrance, wide parking, courtyard, garden and private pool protected by a high hedge for the privacy of the guests.
The villa is on three levels: on the ground floor you find a large lounge equipped with TV, dining room, a guest bathroom and a large kitchen (with electric oven, lava stone plate, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) overlooking the veranda with a large table and armchairs and sofas, facing the lawn and the pool.
Next to it there is the laundry area and the barbecue.
On the first floor: a room with 3 sleeping accomodations (one double + one single), a second room with 2 sleeping accomodations and a shared bathroom; then there is the double suite with adjoining bathroom (jacuzzi).
On the second floor: attic with 2 sleeping accomodations for a total of No. 9 beds.
The living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned (excluding the rooms with 2 windows).
