Old prestigious manor for sale, it was property of the family Peruzzi-Casotti Tosi (1500) and spreads over 4 floors, in the heart of the old town centre of Sant’Agata Feltria (RN).

The house is located in Via Battelli n°3, at the corner with Via Giannini, and has 2 accesses through both the ways.
Ground floor: it was formerly composed of: bathroom, cellar, broom closets, laundry area-170 sqm.
First floor: 3 ample rooms: sitting room, dining room, bedroom; ample eat-in kitchen, a roomy bathroom with bath and ample terrace overlooking the common courtyard-168 sqm.
Second floor: 2 big bedrooms (81 sqm altogether) + habitable roof-space of 60 sqm.

Sant’Agata Feltria was an old admnistrative centre of Montefeltro and once had high schools and a hospital.
The town boasts some prestigious buildings such as Rocca Fregoso and Palazzo Fregoso (1605) in which we can find the Mariani Theater, namely one of the oldest in Italy (1723). This town is famouse for its good weather, other than some important festivals during the year (Feste d’Estate in the summer, Fiera del Tartufo in October and the "Paese del Natale" in December)

It’s 12 km away from the exit "Sarsina" of the E45 highway, 30 km from San Marino and 45 km from Rimini.
