The building is located in the small town of Camporotondo of Fiastrone (​about​ 600 inhabitants) at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains, surrounded by green fields and beautiful views.
In the area there is an association: "THE KNIGHTS OF CHIENTI" through which you can admire the beautiful landscape with horse rides daily. On these occasions, you can taste typical local cuisine and have the 
​chance​ to meet squirrels, foxes, hawks, deer and other animals that live in the area, through rivers and water courses still unspoiled.
​​Camporotondo of Fiastrone is located near the cities of Camerino (27 km) and Macerata (31 km), which are home to universities and also to the famous Italian language school "Dante Alighieri".
The administration and the technicians that had to evaluate the damages due to the earthquake, said that the property is one of the few buildings that haven't suffered any damage. They allowed us to rent it to a family that now lives there.
Thanks to these persons, the general aspect of the house is much more pleasant.
