The 100mq house sits on a hill 500m away from the beach Porto Palmas of Argentiera. It is surrounded by 4 hectars of land that is included in the property. The property is surrounded by the beauty of nature and is the perfect place to relax. On the property, there are wide areas that can be converted into terraces, swimming pools, grilling areas, parking lots and much more.
The house is divided into 2 apartments, each with its own private entrance.
A: Rustic 4 person apartment that is composed of a living room with a kitchen area, fireplace, wooden loft (containing 2 single beds), double room and one bathroom.
B : 2-4 person apartment
The living room at the entrance of the apartment contains a sofa bed, and the bedroom contains 2 single beds.  There is also a bathroom in the apartment. 
It is possible to expand the house by restructuring.
The basement has three rooms plus a wooden garage.
The house was built in 1925 by the miners of the town of Argentiera. It fell than into disuse until my parents bought the ruins and made them habitable in 1980.
It is surrounded by eucalyptus, cluster pines, junipers and the typical Mediterranean flora.
A part of the land has been cultivated as a vineyard until 10 years ago. Today you can only find fig trees that produce delicious fruits in the summer.
We built a water reserve alimented by an artesian well, or when needed, by the town duct.
Unfortunately, due to my parent's health issues we are selling our beloved house. We would be happy to sell it to someone who loves nature, relaxing, history, the colors and the scents of the sea.
Argentiera is an old mining village with much to do! You can walk through the paths on the hills which directly face the sea. Then go through the ancient ruined houses which will make you live the past, the present and the future of it’s life. The stunning sunsets and the sea, are unforgettable for anyone.
In 20 minutes, by car, you can reach the international airport of Alghero, the town of Stintino, a very famous place for its beautiful beach “La Pelosa”, and the city of Sassari, rich of history and turistic places.
