The property includes 5 comfortable bedrooms (for 12 persons), living room/dining room for 12 persons, a big leather sofa, TV, stereo, WiFi, a fully equipped new kitchen with a small lounge area, 3 bathrooms with 3 showers, a bath tub and a sink. There is a cellar with an oak table for 18 persons and a very suggestive atmosphere.
The house is in a traditional Tuscan style but the bigger windows makes everything brighter indoor. Details make it special.
There are 6 restaurants in the commune whereoff 4 in walking distance.
The nearness to the coast and the Cinque Terre, plus the breathtaking view make the position attractive.
We have owned the property for 14 years and we have an sucessfull renting with net income some some 30.000 euro pr year. The house will finace itself in the long run.. We have reliable free lance staff to look after everything, even translation.
The wide surface of the property makes it comfortable to live in and also to rent it.
