Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Flur, der auf der einen Seite den Hauptbereich mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit sehr hohen Decken, bereichert durch den Kamin und die Küche, auf der anderen Seite die restlichen Doppel-Schlafzimmer, einige mit eigenem Bad, und eine große und praktische Waschküche. Der Pool von etwa 12 x 6 Metern ist beheizt und wird mit Chlor desinfiziert. Außerhalb des Gartens gibt es etwa 4 Hektar Land, das mit Chicorée und einer kleinen Trüffelfarm bebaut ist. Angrenzend an das Haupthaus befindet sich eine große überdachte Veranda, die vor allem im Sommer angenehm zu nutzen ist, daneben ein Badezimmer und das Kaminzimmer, in dem sich ein Pizzaofen befindet. Das Haus wurde Ende der 90er Jahre restauriert. Dabei wurden viele originale und typische Materialien der Gegend verwendet, wobei sich die neuesten Materialien gut mit den alten vermischen.
